If it's a ballon lifting a lawnchair, then it would have to carry a minutemen. He would have a receding hair line, a beer in one hand, binoculars on the other, and the air would slowly be pushing him south, where he unconsciously wants to go to eat some real tacos...
too true. i'll try to dodge that type of person when im in tecate next week.
